Frequently asked questions

Will you make changes in our production Salesforce environment?

Not in the entry Risk Scan. Its core is read-only diagnosis. Subsequent remediation or migration work is separately scoped, approved and governed by the client's change controls.

Are you telling us we must move off Salesforce CPQ?

No. Salesforce CPQ is end-of-sale but existing customers remain supported. The right approach may be to stabilise, optimise or evaluate Revenue Management. We help surface the facts needed for that decision.

Will our data be processed through public AI tools?

Not by default. Data handling, approved processors, deployment environment and any AI use must be agreed in writing before access. Synthetic and redacted data are preferred wherever practical.

Do we have to choose you for implementation?

No. Reports and validation evidence are designed to be usable by your internal team or selected implementation partner.

Can you guarantee every dependency is found?

No responsible specialist should claim that. The report states exactly which objects, sample ranges and checks were covered, with limitations, exceptions and evidence trails.
