THE SCALELAYER APPROACH

Independent thinking.
Practical outcomes.

We help organisations choose technology that works for their business, with a clear scope and commercially focused decisions.

ASSURE. CONNECT. AUTOMATE. GROW.

Four principles behind every engagement.

Strengthen what works, improve what does not, and identify where change creates real business value.

01

Assure

Establish reliable systems, trusted data and stronger operational controls.

02

Connect

Bring together technology, processes and information across the organisation.

03

Automate

Reduce manual effort and free up capacity through suitable automation.

04

Grow

Create scalable foundations that support future business needs.

The right technology, rather than a preferred vendor.

Our recommendations start with your requirements, current investments and operational constraints. Newer technology is useful when it creates business value, not simply because it is available.

Broad advice, explicit specialist scope.

ScaleLayer can lead business analysis, requirements, solution design and delivery assurance across different platforms. Salesforce, Eloqua and integration work provide specific starting points. We establish relevant implementation expertise for each engagement and involve qualified specialists when required.

Assessment and implementation are separate roles.

An assurance engagement reports evidence within an agreed boundary. Remediation and production changes need a separate scope and approval. Any review of work we have built will state that involvement and will not be presented as independent assurance.

Measurable improvement, agreed in advance.

We define the baseline, intended outcome, access, responsibilities, exclusions and acceptance criteria before work starts. Ongoing support and response commitments are separately scoped.

LET’S BUILD WHAT’S NEXT
